Stress and negativity creates blockages that cause low energy disturbances and can lead to disease. Sound can shift our energy from low to high, removing the lower frequencies of emotions such as fear, anger, and resentment.
Today, medical practitioners use sound healing to treat stress, depression, trauma, insomnia, pain and arthritis, cancer, and to boost the immune system. Sound Healing Certification
This 2-day immersive workshop is held on beautiful Whidbey Island at Bayview Healing Suites in Langley. Training will focus on the art and science of traditional Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Healing. Learn how sound works, its practical application, and the fundamentals of skillful facilitation. Students will be introduced to singing bowl healing techniques and therapies using 1, 2, 4, and a7 bowls.
